Gorgeous Skin
Here's good news, For gorgeous super model skin, all you need is:
- Body scrub mitt
- 1/2 cup of coarse sea salt
- 1/4 cup of rosemary essential oil
Dip you're body scrub mitt into a little bit of the oil, then dip in the sea salt. Rub on skin in a circular motion: Espically on rough skin areas such as elbows, knees & heels. Rinse off with warm water & apply body lotion.
Soap on a rope! How to have softer, cleaner skin than with homemade soap? ... On a rope!
Ingredients: Three bars of white soap, Cheese grater, Bowl & jug, Piece of ribbon or rope, Rubber gloves.
OPTIONAL: Food coloring, For a gorgeous look. Dried flowers, They look and smell very pretty. Oats, They turn the simple soap into a effective body scrub. Grated lemon peel, Good for back-acne & will really wake you up in the morning.
1) Finely grate the soap into large bowl
2) Fill the jug with warm water, Add the optional ingridents... (If using food coloring, don't overdo it of the color will rub off on you're skin while you shower.
3) Slowly drop water into the bowl until the soap flakes are thick.
4) Use you're rubber gloves & soft hands (hehe) to mix the mix well!
5) Shape the soap around a rope & make sure the rope is atleast half way down the soap.
6) Leave the soap to dry for for one whole day (24 hours)
Coconut Body Butter- It doesn't get any better than this. You'll need: 2 tbsp grated beeswax, 2 tsp distilled water, 1/2 cup of cocoa butter, 3 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp olive oil.
Melt beeswax over low heat with water, Add in cocoa butter and blend. Gradually add in the 3 oils. Pour into glass jar, The mix will thicken as it cools, Later you can apply generously over body.
How to take care of skin in the summer:

-Apply sunscreen (At least SPF 15) in the morning before you get dressed so you don't miss any spots.
-Lips are especially prone to burning so apply lip chap (SPF 15 at least) first thing in the morning and all through the day.
-Stay in the shade between 12 noon and 3pm when the sun is hottest, or cover up super well.
-If you're going to be swimming use water-proof sunscreen and reapply it when you get out of the water.
How to take care of your skin in the winter:
-Chilly temps & cold winds can make you're skin dry and itchy, cover up with mitts, coats & a super cute hat!
-Dress in layers. Light cotton helps you stay warm and dry.
-Skip the hot bath and go for a luke warm one. The hot water drys out sin with means it's gonna be even more itchy!
-Don't lick lips to soothe them they'll crack even more. Opt for lip balm or petroleum jelly instead.
Don't dry off:
Forget towel drying and apply the lotion straight to your damp skin. This'll lock in moisture so your skin will be very soft.

Ingredients: 5 bags of green tea, Hot basin of water, Fresh mint leaves, Olive oil.
Toss the tea bags in the basin and let you're feet (including ankle's soak) until water cools completely, Next rub the leaves all over you're feet and toes. Apply olive oil to seal in you're new moisture.
Hand Sugar Scrub: This sweet scrub will leave your hands or feet silky smooth!
Ingredients: 1 quarter cup olive oil, 1 quarter cup white sugar
Mix the 2 together until it's mixed well. And then scrub your feet and hands well.
